What we collect. When you apply for a position, register as a vendor, or submit a giveback nomination, we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, address, work history, licenses and certifications, uploaded documents (resume, licenses, W-9, certificate of insurance), screening responses, assessment answers, and — for applicants — script-challenge videos you record or upload.

How we use it. Solely to evaluate your application or vendor registration, run our hiring process (review, assessments, interviews, offers), administer the giveback program, and — if hired — for employment onboarding. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it. Golden Plumbing hiring managers and administrators. We use trusted processors to operate this site: Supabase (data and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (interview scheduling), and Anthropic (automated summary of written assessment answers to assist human reviewers — humans make all hiring decisions).

Background checks. Offers are contingent on background and driving-record checks, which are run only after a signed offer and with the disclosures and authorizations required by law.

Retention. Application materials are retained while your application is active and afterward in our talent pool so we can contact you about future openings, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices. Email welcome@goldenplumbingky.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw an application.
